Bruised Heel
What is a Bruised Heel?
Bruising of the heel can either be caused from continuous stress on the
heel bone
or from a sudden impact from a fall. Whatever the root cause may be, a bruised heel can be a very nagging injury, and it is important to rest and get some sort of cushion to place on the heel to help provide some protection and alleviate some pain in the meantime. By following these two recommendations, the bruising should subside within a matter of a few days.
